In case of delay or default (damaged package, missing products, shipping delay, etc.), you can report it to us at:

After a delay of 14 days, products are considered standards compliant. Any complaint will be accepted. We highly advise you to control the good condition of your products when delivered.

In case of lack of conformity, you can return your products for free within 14 days after the delivery date. You should organize your return within 7 days after the delivery so that we can receive it in time. Please note that your package can only be collected at the delivery address.



Our products are shipped and delivered by UPS. The delivery times can change according to the country of the order:

  • - 1 to 3 working days in France
  • - 2 to 3 working days for the countries of the European Union
  • - 5 to 7 working days for the overseas departments
  • - The reasons of the return

Free shipping valid on purchases over 200€.



You can send us your return request for the products ordered on our website until 14 days after the date of receipted. Beyond 14 days, we will not process your request.
You cannot ask for a return without the Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). The request for RMA’s number must be send by email at

To process your request, you have to indicate us:

  • - Your first name, last name, address (used for your order)
  • - Your order number (which appears on your invoice)
  • - Your invoice number (which appears on your invoice)
  • - The reasons of the return
  • - A phone number where we can call you from 10am to 18pm


We will process your request within 2 working days. Our return of merchandises’ agreement will be formalized by the sending of the Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). Do not send any merchandise before you get the RMA number. The obtaining of the RMA number does not constitute a definitive acceptance for the refund of the returned product(s).


Return Policy

The product must be folded in the same condition as for the delivery.
Make sure any presentation accessories, folding or label is missing before proceeding to the return.
Labels must be attached to the product as when you received it.
The warning red label and its cordon do not be moved or removed.
Products should not have been worn or washed.
We will be particularly vigilant in ensuring that these conditions of return are respected. Any failure to comply could cause the annulation of the refund. In such a case, the returned products will be sent to you without any refund.

Once you have received your RMA number, you can send us your package within 5 working days. If you use the expedition box for the return, make sure it is well closed and that the merchandise is well placed to avoid any deterioration and contestation. You can also use another box to return your product(s) if it respects the same conditions for the merchandises’ transport without being damaged.



Once your package is checked and the return accepted, you will choose to be refunded within 15 days or to get a credit valid during 1 year on the website



You can track your order in real time. UPS gives you access at any time to each step of your package’s expedition:

  • - When the package is being prepared at the shipper’s
  • - When the package has been given to UPS
  • - When the package has been given to the courier
  • - When the package has been delivered to the client


Once DIEGO GARCIA has taken the order into account, you will be informed by email.

Unfortunately we do not accept payment by cash or check. However, our clients can pay in several payments.
DIEGO GARCIA reserve the right to reject an order in case of suspicion, fraud and previous litigation with the client, partial payment or refusal of banking.
